Nice day, nice race - but with the result I am not satisfied. To be honest, I am still really disappointed.

I had very good legs today. I passed the Waseberg better than I have expected before. Unfortunately I was alone in the final. The guys had to work really hard before and could not help me on the last kilometres, so that I had to get to the front of the bunch on my own. I have no idea from which position I started my sprint. But I could only finish sixth.

It is a pity for me and the fans, but nevertheless I was excited to race on German soil. Of course I signed some autographs too. I hope I feel as good as today next year and then I will try anew.
