I am tired and when I think of the mountains tomorrow, I am even more tired. So there will only be a short update today, I have to save my strength ;-)

We put in a super team performance today, controlling the race, but in the end we weren’t rewarded for our troubles. Dege couldn’t do anything in the sprint as he was impeded.

Tomorrow the thing to do is simply to bite the bullet and get it done. It will be steep,the first real mountains await us. The roller coaster of the last few days had been enough for me, but that is all just part of the Tour.
