I have been back in training for about a month now and today finally put in the first kilometers with my new team. After a few days in Gerona and my home area Thüringen, I am now on Mallorca, where we have perfect conditions for cycling.

I have already tested my new Aero bike thoroughly, and I am very satisfied. It rides really great. Now it is time to work on my form, so that I can move this bike as quickly as possible ;-) In addition to the training we also have some other things to do. We have the team presentation, photo shootings and other formalities for the new season.

But there is still business from the past season to take care of. I have been nominated for Thüringen’s Athlete of the Year and of course would be very happy if you would help me land near the top, or at the top.
